Terms and Cookie Policy

These terms apply when you use thealignmentanchor.com, download our free resources, book a call or buy a coaching programme or service from The Alignment Anchor, a coaching business based in Sweden. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We offer career, leadership and executive coaching for individuals and organisations, including programmes, single sessions, workshops and free resources. What each programme includes, its length and its price are confirmed in writing before you start.

2. Coaching is not a guarantee

Coaching gives you strategy, tools, guidance and accountability. Results depend on many factors, including your own actions and the job market. We do not guarantee a job offer, promotion, salary level or any other specific outcome. Coaching is not legal, financial, immigration, medical or psychological advice.

3. Booking and sessions

• Free clarity calls and paid sessions are booked through our scheduling tools or by email.
• Sessions take place online by video call unless agreed otherwise.
• If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before the session. Sessions missed without notice may count as delivered.
• If we need to reschedule, we will offer you a new time as soon as possible.

4. Fees and payment

• Prices are in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due before the programme starts, or in instalments if agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU and buy online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to start the service within those 14 days, you will pay for the part already delivered, and the right of withdrawal ends once the service is fully delivered. After the withdrawal period, fees are not refundable, unless agreed otherwise in writing or required by law. To cancel, email info@thealignmentanchor.com.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in coaching is confidential. We only share your name, story or feedback publicly with your written permission. We may break confidentiality only where the law requires it.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, including job applications, negotiations and career choices, and for making sure the information you give us is accurate.

8. Our materials

All materials, including checklists, scripts, templates, guides, videos and session documents, belong to The Alignment Anchor. You may use them for your own career. You may not copy, resell, share publicly or use them to coach others without our written permission.

9. Liability

We deliver our services with care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. We use them to make the site work (for example forms, logins and checkout), to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Some cookies come from our service providers, such as our website platform and booking tool. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly without them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above. Terms agreed in writing for a programme you have already bought stay in place for that programme.

12. Law and contact
